Pet Hair Removal
3M has had adhesive hair and lint removal products in the market for decades... however competitive encroachment and the need to appeal to more discerning consumers prompted a brand refresh. Considering Scotch brand equity, Petcare brand equity, and products currently in development, we took a hollistic view at our product portfolio and focused on both species neutral and species specific concepts. Settling on a sophisticated yet whimsical approach that would appeal to dog and cat owners alike, 3M was able to distance themselves from the competition. This brand refresh was a collaboration with Design Group Italia (DGI).
